Information collected

The form collects your full name, email address, telephone number, stay dates and number of guests. The booking record also stores the reference, amount, booking status and stay terms. These required fields are needed to process your booking; without them, it cannot be recorded.

This form does not request or store card numbers or card security codes. When payment is offered, you are directed to the relevant provider’s page.

The contact form saves your name, email, optional phone number and message in the host’s private area so they can reply. These messages follow the enquiry retention policy described below.

Why this data is used

The data is used to check availability, record payment, confirm the booking, and prepare and manage your stay. This processing is based first on the pre-contractual steps you request and then on performance of the contract. Abuse prevention is based on the legitimate interest of securing the service. Accounting and tax requirements are based on applicable legal obligations.

Who can access it

The authorised host and technical providers necessary to operate the website may process this information as part of their duties. The shared calendar does not contain your name, email or telephone number: it shows unavailable periods. Payment providers process the information needed for payment under their own policies.

Technical services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. The processing locations and contractual safeguards applicable to this website still need to be documented with the providers before this notice is finalised.

How long is it retained?

Records are stored to process requests and manage stays. The maximum retention periods for unsuccessful requests, customer records and supporting documents still need to be formalised by the operator. No automatic deletion of records is currently stated. Legal retention obligations must be taken into account in this policy.

Cookies and browser storage

The website remembers your language in your browser until you delete that preference. A form draft allows fields to be restored when switching languages for ten minutes within the same browsing session. A temporary identifier helps prevent duplicate requests.

No advertising or audience-measurement tool has been added to the website. The hosting platform may use mechanisms needed for access and security. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; your browser therefore communicates with Google, including your IP address. External services you open apply their own rules. 03 / STAY TERMS

Prepare for your escape.

Accommodation and included services

The stay covers the entire dome in Monein, with a capacity offered on this website of up to four guests. Breakfast, the private terrace, hot tub, wood-fired sauna, bathrobes and towels are included. A covered outdoor kitchen and a fire-pit table with barbecue grill are available.

Price and length of stay

The direct rate is €210 per night, throughout the year, with a one-night minimum. The displayed calculation is the number of nights multiplied by €210. The handling of tourist tax must still be clarified before any payment. Any optional service requires a price and agreement in advance.

From booking to confirmation

1. Choose your dates and enter your contact details.
2. The website checks the calendars again and temporarily holds the available nights while payment is completed.
3. You are redirected to PayPal to pay the full amount immediately.
4. As soon as PayPal confirms payment, the booking is confirmed automatically and a confirmation email is sent to you.

Calendar synchronisation with the booking platforms may be delayed. For this reason, a final automatic check is made before payment opens. Your tracking link is personal: keep it safe and do not share it publicly.

Payment

After the automatic date check, you are redirected to PayPal. Full payment is due immediately, without prior approval from the host. PayPal may also offer card payment depending on the guest’s country and device. The booking is confirmed only after PayPal securely confirms payment.

Cancellation, changes and refunds

Cancellation charges and refund terms must be provided in writing before payment. Full payment is immediate at the time of booking. No fixed cancellation-penalty schedule is set out on this page at this stage. To change or cancel your stay, contact the host and keep the written reply.

For tourist accommodation booked for a specific date or period, the statutory fourteen-day withdrawal period does not apply under Article L. 221-28, paragraph 12, of the French Consumer Code. This does not remove cancellation or refund rights provided by the contract or by law.

Arrival, departure and your stay

Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is before 11 am. Late check-out requires prior agreement, is subject to availability and carries a supplement disclosed in advance. Detailed directions are provided to help you prepare for arrival.

Pets are not accepted. Respect the peaceful setting, neighbours and equipment. Report any difficulty, fault or damage to the host promptly.

For the hot tub, sauna and fire pit, follow the use, hygiene and safety instructions provided on site. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. These instructions do not limit the host’s statutory safety obligations.

Bookings through Airbnb or Booking

A booking made through a platform is governed by the offer, price and terms accepted on that platform. Information on this website does not change a booking already made through that channel.

Applicable version and guest rights

Keep the final general and specific terms provided and accepted when booking. A later website update does not change your contract retroactively. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
